Wellbeing Practitioners and ManagersAs Banyan Tree expands its wellbeing services and experiences worldwide, we are looking for passionate wellbeing practitioners and managers to elevate our guest’s health and wellbeing in China and various destinations around the world. We welcome candidates with an optimistic disposition, sense of empathy and ability to communicate effectively. We seek candidates that exhibit good team working skills, open to changes, highly dedicated to wellbeing cause and eager to develop self and others.Responsibilities:To assess guest’s state of health and wellbeing, coach guests on how to improve their health and wellbeing and develop personalise programs to enable guest to achieve their goals.To develop & conduct wellbeing activity, educational workshop and therapy based on Banyan Tree’s brand standards, wellbeing philosophy and pillars.To fulfill guest needs and expectation and ensure all safety measures are taken into consideration at all times. To understand the needs of guests and promote private wellbeing session to them.To be open to support spa and hotel operations and be ready to travel and be posted to other hotel and destination to conduct wellbeing training and implement spa, wellbeing activities, educational workshop and therapy as part of pre-opening task force.To research and build Banyan Tree’ network of wellbeing specialist worldwide; keep up to date to latest wellbeing trends followed by design and recommend new wellbeing activities and services.Requirements:Candidate should possess degree or professional qualifications in fields of sports, health, wellbeing or related discipline. Ideal candidates should possess qualifications and experience in multiple fields. Possess at least 2 years of work experience in medical, wellness or hospitality environment. Have wide industry contacts and network.Positions are currently available in China. Future opportunities include South-east Asia, Indian Ocean and North-east Asia region.
